Spiced Winter Fruit Salad

  • 6 navel oranges  reserve juice
  • 2 grapefruit reserve juice
  • ¼ cup Dash of Thyme Honey Ginger Honey Vinegar Condimento
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup reserved citrus juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of cloves
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds


  • Combine DOT’s Honey-Ginger Condimento Vinegar, honey, and reserved citrus juice in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil and then immediately reduce heat. Simmer until mixture reduces and becomes thicker (about 15-20 minutes). Stir in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Cool slightly.
  • Place orange and grapefruit sections in a serving bowl. Carefully pour warm spiced syrup over citrus. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Before serving citrus, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
