Pork Tenderloin with Fig Glaze
Dash of Thyme Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
plus more for rub.
Dash of Thyme Italian Fig Dark Balsamic Condimento
Preheat the oven to 350º. Rub the tenderloin with the garlic EVOO, then salt and pepper to taste. Roast tenderloin for about 35 minutes in the oven or until done.
Meanwhile, sauté the onions in the garlic EVOO until the onions are golden in color. Add the Fig Balsamic to cover the onions and heat until the onions have absorbed it.
