Watermelon and Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Dash of Thyme Watermelon Fruit Vinegar Condimento
- 1 tbsp Dash of Thyme Herbes de Provence Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup seedless watermelon cut into triangles
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes a variety of colors, if available
- 1 bunch fresh arugula
- ¼ cup thin vertically sliced red onion
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
Instructions
- Add the watermelon, tomatoes, arugula, and onion. Toss very gently. Right before serving, add the vinaigrette from the jar. Toss lightly again. Add the cheese, if desired, to garnish. Serve.
