The Best Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli rinsed
- 2 tbsp Dash of Thyme Agrumato Cayenne Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Set a steamer basket in a large saucepan.
- Add the broccoli and steam over high heat until bright green and just tender, about 4 minutes.
- In a large skillet, combine DOT’s Cayenne EVOO with garlic, red pepper and lemon zest and cook over moderate heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
