Spinach Pomegranate Salad with Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of Baby spinach
- 1 small Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Pomegranate arils
- ½ cup of Walnut pieces
- ¼ cup Feta crumbled (optional)
- Pomegranate Balsamic Vinaigrette:
- 1 tbsp Dash Thyme Pomegranate Dark Balsamic Condimento
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dash of Thyme Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Layer spinach, onion, arils, walnuts, and feta. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Toss and serve.
- To make the vinaigrette, combine vinegar and honey in a small bowl. Whisk together while slowly adding the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 2
