Spicy Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients
- 24 jumbo shrimp shelled and deveined
- 8 wooden skewers soaked in water 20 minutes
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon Dash of Thyme Harissa Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1-2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Heat grill on medium-high. In a bowl, toss shrimp with garlic, Harissa EVOO, lime juice, pepper flakes and sugar. Thread 3 shrimp on each skewer. Place skewers on grill and cook shrimp until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
