Skewered Balsamic Pineapple Spears
- 1 whole fresh pineapple
- Dash of Thyme Traditional Dark Balsamic Condimento
- Wooden Skewers pre-soaked in water for 1⁄2 hour
- Put skewer through pineapple spears length wise. Paint all sides with your choice of balsamic vinegar.
- Grill pineapple 7-10 minutes; turning every 2-3 minutes. Remove to serving platter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
