SALMON with LEMON & DILL
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of Fresh Salmon
- 3 tablespoons of Dash of Thyme Dill Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp of fresh chopped dill
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine EVOO, dill, and lemon juice. Brush mixture over the salmon. Put the salmon on a foil lined sheet and bake until opaque – approx. 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh dill leaves and serve over salad with your choice yogurt dressing.
