Salad with Walnut Oil & Bleu Cheese
- 1 endive finely sliced
- 2 tbsp dried cherries
- 1 apple sliced
- ¼ cup Dash of Thyme Gala Apple Dark Balsamic Condimento
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dash of Thyme Roasted Walnut Gourmet Oil
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Toasted almonds
- Whisk together the Apple Balsamic, lemon zest, and syrup.
- Slowly whisk in Walnut Oil, then salt and peppers to taste.
- Combine the greens, endive, cherries, and apple and toss with dressing.
- Top with blue cheese and toasted almonds.
- Finish the salad by topping it with dressing.
