Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
- 1 lb. Fingerling Potatoes
- ¼ cup Lemon Pepper Spice
- 3-4 tbsp Dash of Thyme Rosemary Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Slice potatoes in half, put in a plastic bag. Add oil to the bag and shake. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and coat both sides with Lemon Pepper spice. Put in the oven for 30 minutes, turn and bake for another 30 minutes.
