Pork Tenderloin with Fig Glaze
- 2 lb. Pork Tenderloin
- 1 tbsp Dash of Thyme Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus more for rub.
- 2 Red Onions sliced thin
- 2 tbsp Dash of Thyme Italian Fig Dark Balsamic Condimento
- Preheat the oven to 350º. Rub the tenderloin with the garlic EVOO, then salt and pepper to taste. Roast tenderloin for about 35 minutes in the oven or until done.
- Meanwhile, sauté the onions in the garlic EVOO until the onions are golden in color. Add the Fig Balsamic to cover the onions and heat until the onions have absorbed it.
