Passion Peach Granita

- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 3 cups ice cubes
- ½ cup Dash of Thyme Passionfruit White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Put all ingredients in food processor.
- Blend until smooth and all ingredients are mixed.
- Scoop into individual bowls. Top with a slice of fresh peach or sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
