- 2 ripe Mangoes cubed
- 1 ripe Red Tomato chopped
- 1 ripe Yellow Tomato chopped
- 1 scallion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Dash of Thyme Italian Mango Fruit Vinegar Condimento
- 2 tbsp Dash of Thyme Persian Lime Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Toss all ingredients together and serve immediately with chips.
