Honey of a Peach Grilled Sausage Salad

Ingredients
Salad Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup pecans, rough chopped
- 2 peaches, large and ripe, sliced
- 12 oz. poultry sausage, already cooked, sliced and quartered
- 2-5 oz. packages of mixed baby greens
- 3 oz. mild, smooth goat cheese, crumbled
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Vinaigrette Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup Dash of Thyme Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Dash of Thyme Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. orange peel, grated
- 1⁄2 tsp. chili powder
- 1⁄2 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Place salad greens on a plate, top with chopped peaches and sausage.
- Sprinkle top with the pecans and crumbled goat cheese.
- Mix up the vinaigrette and pour over the salad.
- Finish salad with cracked pepper.
