Harissa Adobo Baked Chicken Thighs
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Dash of Thyme Harissa Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Adobo Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup and set aside.
- Remove the chicken thighs from their packaging and pat them dry with paper towels. Arrange the chicken on prepared baking sheet so that the meatier side is facing up and drizzle DOT’s Harissa EVOO rubbing the oil into the chicken to coat.
- In a bowl mix the Adobo seasoning, salt, garlic powder and pepper together. Sprinkle the spices over the chicken evenly. Bake for 40-45 mins. The internal temp of the chicken should reach 165 degrees. Enjoy!
