- 4 4-6 oz. Salmon fillets
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 tbsp Dash of Thyme Traditional Dark Balsamic Condimento
- 4 tbsp Dash of Thyme Tuscan Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- In a large Ziploc bag mix together seasoning, balsamic vinegar and oil. Add filets, close and massage marinade to evenly coat filets. Place the filets flesh side down in the refrigerator to marinade for at least 4 – 6 hours.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Place flesh-side down and grill each side of filets for about 3 – 5 minutes.
