Garlic Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 11 oz small shell pasta cooked al dente
- 3 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
- 9 oz yellow cherry tomatoes sliced
- 9 oz cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- ½ cup Kalamata olives pitted
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves torn
- 1 medium cucumber chopped
- 4 tablespoons Dash of Thyme Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Condimento
- 7 tablespoons Dash of Thyme Gremolata Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Put the cooked and drained pasta in a bowl. Chop the tomatoes, olives, chives, basil and cucumber into pieces about half the size of the pasta and add to the bowl. Peel the garlic and chopped finely. In a separate bowl whisk the balsamic, oil and seasoning. Add garlic and blend. Drizzle vinaigrette over the salad, adding a little more seasoning to taste.
