- ¼ cup Dash of Thyme Italian Fig Dark Balsamic Condimento
- ¾ cup Dash of Thyme Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp organic honey
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp shallot minced
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Whisk all ingredients until thoroughly combined. This can be refrigerated for up to a week.
