Asparagus Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

  1. Pour balsamic, mustard, and garlic into a large bowl.
  2. Whisk in olive oil.
  3. Cook asparagus in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
  4. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again.
  5. Add asparagus and bell pepper to dressing.
  6. Sprinkle with pecans and serve.
