Honey of a Peach Grilled Sausage Salad

Salad Ingredients:
  • ⅓ cup pecans, rough chopped
  • 2 peaches, large and ripe, sliced
  • 12 oz. poultry sausage, already cooked, sliced and quartered
  • 2-5 oz. packages of mixed baby greens
  • 3 oz. mild, smooth goat cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
Vinaigrette Ingredients:
  1. Place salad greens on a plate, top with chopped peaches and sausage.
  2. Sprinkle top with the pecans and crumbled goat cheese.
  3. Mix up the vinaigrette and pour over the salad.
  4. Finish salad with cracked pepper.
