  1. Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar together.
  2. Pour over greens and toss.
  3. Add the crumbled goat cheese, orange pieces, and pecans. Toss to combine.
  4. Plate each salad. Enjoy with piece of salmon or chicken for a complete meal.
