- 1 cup Dash of Thyme Champagne Barrel Aged Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 3 cups Dash of Thyme Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste

- In the standing mixer combine all the ingredients with the whisk attachment. Slowly add the oil to emulsify. If it gets too thick, you may need to add a few teaspoons of water to loosen.
